Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Customers should email samayeracreation01@gmail.com with order details and reason for exchange.
• Replacement items are subject to availability.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the item and packaging for faster processing.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

• Our support team will guide you through the return process.

6. Important Notes

• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Refund/exchange requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be processed.
